Otoconsult is an ICT-consultancy company for the ENT-specialist and the audiologist.
It offers consultancy with respect to the organisation and the ICT-management of
your practice.
The backbone of our products is the Otodeck® platform.
This is a modular software platform consisting of different modules to cover all
your needs:
- patient medical record (Otoking®)
- medical agenda with a patient tracking system (T∞l8® and House®)
- audiological data (Audiqueen®)
- hearing aid tracking (Haman®)
- financial records (2Pay® and 4Sale®)
- internal messaging system (Bridge®)
At this moment the Audiqueen® and Haman® modules are also available as stand-alone
packages.

Full installation
Fixed price, no annual fees
Otoconsult offers a full digitalization of your medical office, turning it into
a paperless office. Demonstrations are given at our offices in Antwerp (Belgium).
We come to you for a couple of days to install the full Otodeck® platform, make
it operational and give exhaustive onsite training to you and your personnel.
Fixed price (covering all the licenses, onsite installation, hands-on training session,
free help line during 3 months after installation; NOT including hardware, network
provisions, etc) Additional ICT-aid, custom functionality and consultancy at reasonable
fees.
