Speech Audiometry (* Optional Add-on)
The A§E Speech Audiometry provides standard speech audiometry integrated into a
convenient package. The software is designed to maximize ease of use and
minimize test duration.
The results are displayed on a graph. The x-axis correponds to the presented
intensity. The y-axis corresponds with the percentage of words and/or phonemes
that were repeated correctly.
A§E allows you to create your own speech audiometry tests.
When creating a list, you can pick a track from an audio CD or load a wave file.
A§E will analyze your speech signal and detect words. You have the opportunity
to label each word.
When you want to adjust something manually, A§E will display the waveform,
allowing you to add and remove words.
When you enter normative data for the speech test, the curves will be plotted
onto the result graph.
A test specific calibration tool will make sure that your speech signals are
presented at the correct intensity.
